Please check your packets carefully. We may ask you to look for Lost and Found, and return the paperwork to us. We may ask you to do a quick inventory count, and return the paperwork to us.We may copy you with a Survey so you can see what the guests thought, both good and not so good. Owners may ask you to report on the condition of the carpets or the spiderwebs. You are so helpful with our owners and guests. Thanks! | |
| Please have your cell phone with you at all times on Saturday and please answer the property's phone. We need to be able to contact you for any changes, call backs, etc. | |
| Make sure the fridge is set to the middle setting! Please pay attention to the stickers on your paperwork. Some houses will not have a reservation for some time, and we will be asking you to adjust the HVAC settings. | |

The Hot Spot is to SECURE ALL WINDOWS AND DOORS Please make sure to thoroughly secure the property. Lock all windows and doors. Secure all sliding doors. Set your fridge to the middle setting, and set the Heat to 65 degrees if there is an immediate check in, or 60 degrees if there is not. Thanks! | |
